Twilight Moms of Georgia started this page (website) to help spread the word about Abby and her amazing story and battle with lung cancer. That awareness was sponsored by the Twilight Moms on a grand scale at the first annual “Abby’s Dream Walk” in April of 2011. Abby’s story was heard not only on a local level, but throughout the state and across the country. Twilight Moms/Esme’s Heart of Georgia is thrilled that after the walk took place, Abby and her family were able to create their own charitable foundation. We wish Abby and her family much success with her mission of spreading lung cancer awareness and we will continue our prayers that funding and research will one day cure lung cancer – a disease that we now know strikes young and old!
Twilight Moms/Esme’s Heart of Georgia has always had the mission of “Accomplishing ‘acts of love’ with a Heart Like Esme” and we will continue searching out those “acts of love” where we can be of service and help to meet a need in our community.
